Abstract
In this paper, the intensity of use of e-commerce in Spain is intended to be characterized. In order to do so, the “Survey on Equipment and Use of Information and Communication Technologies in Households (TIC-H)” made by the INE in 2019 will be used. Two Ordered Probit models will be developed to analyze which variables are more significant for each response variable. In general, it will be found that the higher the level of studies, computer knowledge, Internet-use frequency, level of income and trust on the Internet, the higher the likelihood to purchase more frequently and more expensively.
