La tesis doctoral titulada La dimensión emocional del profesorado en las políticas de admisión a la formación inicial docente tiene como objetivo estudiar, desde un enfoque teórico, la posibilidad de ponderar la dimensión emocional del profesorado en las políticas de admisión a la formación inicial del profesorado, como una medida potencial para el fortalecimiento de la fuerza laboral. A pesar del consenso en torno a la multidimensionalidad presente en la figura del profesorado, es posible apreciar una falta de atención otorgada a su dimensión emocional. The purpose of the doctoral thesis entitled "The Emotional Dimension of Teachers in Admission Policies to Initial Teacher Training" is to explore, through a theoretical lens, the feasibility of assigning weight to the emotional dimension of teachers in admission policies to initial teacher training, as a potential measure to fortify the workforce.Despite the consensus surrounding the multidimensional nature of teachers, their emotional dimension has received insufficient attention.
