Abstract
We presented/displayed the Project of "Innovation and Improvement of the Educational Quality in developed Social Work" in the University School of Social Work of the Complutensian University of Madrid, in 2005, for the formation of professors and administrative personnel, in whom to 18 professors and 8 administrative ones participated. The computer science platform WebCT is on which Virtual Campus UCM for the virtualización of the subjets of the university studies with the purpose of supporting actual teaching and the learning of the students leans. The results of the Project, in course 2005-2006, have taken to the participation in the Virtual Campus of 15 professors, 909 students, around 50% of the registered ones in the School, and to the virtualización of 37 subjets. The structuring of the Superior Studies in European Credits ECTS is what bases the experiences of apolicación of the Tics to university teaching to facilitate that the true protagonists of their learning are the students, whereas the educational ones serve like mediators and promoters as these processes, leaving in second term the exclusive transmission of information to happen to be facilitadores of the acquisition of professional competitions that the European Convergence of the Superior Studies demands.
