Abstract
A través de este proyecto INNOVA, el Equipo Decanal de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Información UCM ha tratado de definir que significa el buen gobierno en un contexto académico, qué componentes máximos y mínimos permiten hablar de buena gobernanza en una Institución universitaria. A continuación se ha medido el grado de buen gobierno de la Facultad CCINF UCM en comparación con las otras Facultades de Comunicación nacionales y con las 50 mejores Facultades del mundo, según el ranking QS. Esta medición se ha completado con la distribución de encuestas entre el PAS, los estudiantes y los docentes para establecer qué grado de compromiso tienen los tres estamentos para con el buen gobierno. Finalmente, tras elaborar los resultados se ha concluido presentando una estrategia a corto y medio plazo para mejorar la gobernanza de la Facultad. La primera de las medidas a implementar sería la publicación de las agendas anuales estimadas de los miembros del Equipo Decanal.
Through this INNOVA project, the Dean's Team of the School of Communication, at COMPLUTENSE University of Madrid, Spain, has tried to define what good governance means in an academic context, what maximum and minimum components allow us to speak of good governance in a university institution. Then, the degree of good governance of the School has been measured in comparison with the other national Schools of Communication and with the 50 best Schools in the world, according to the QS ranking. This measurement has been completed with the distribution of surveys among the administrative agents at the School, students and lecturers to establish the degree of commitment of the three stakeholders to good governance. Finally, after elaborating the results, we concluded by presenting a short and medium term strategy to improve the governance of the School.
