Abstract
Por el papel más activo y comprometido de los estudiantes en su aprendizaje, los docentes estamos obligados a utilizar nuevos modelos y metodologías más activas y a adaptar las anteriores herramientas docentes para que sea el estudiante el que aprenda por sí mismo. Una de esas nuevas metodologías es el aula invertida (flipped classroom). En este proyecto de innovación hemos aplicado el aula invertida en la asignatura de Dirección de Recursos Humanos del Grado en Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos y del Doble Grado con Derecho y hemos evaluado los resultados de la misma (satisfacción y resultados académicos).
Due to the more active and committed role of students in their learning, teachers are obliged to use new models and more active methodologies and to adapt previous teaching tools so that it is the student who learns by himself. One of these new methodologies is the flipped classroom. In this innovation project we have applied the flipped classroom in the Human Resources Management subject of the Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources and of the Double Degree with Law and we have evaluated the results of the same (satisfaction and academic results).
